The SNMMI 2025 Annual Meeting is recognized as the premier educational, scientific, research, and networking event in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. The four day event, taking place each June, provides physicians, technologists, pharmacists, laboratory professionals, and scientists with an in-depth view of the latest research and development in the field as well as providing insights into practical applications for the clinic.

2025 Abstract Timeline/Important Dates and Deadlines

• Submission deadline: January 13, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET (there will be NO extensions to the deadline)
• Submission deadline: (Tech students) February 13, 2025
• Withdrawal deadline: February 28, 2025
• Abstracts Acceptance/Non-Acceptance email notifications: March 17, 2025 (on or about)
• Detailed abstract notifications (with type and session details): April 15, 2025 (on or about)
• Notifications for Poster Award Candidates: April 24, 2025

Abstract Submission Processing Fee

There is a $40 (USD) non-refundable processing fee for each abstract submitted for the SNMMI 2025 Annual Meeting. The processing fee will be submitted online by credit card (only) at the time of submission.

Please note: the submission fee is waived for technologist students, and submitters residing in qualifying low and lower middle income countries.
