Oral and Poster Abstract Submission opens Wednesday, 2 October 2024 and closes on Tuesday, 21 January 2025.

Late-breaking Abstract Submission opens on Tuesday, 12 February 2025 and closes on Wednesday, 19 March 2025.

Oral and Poster Abstracts

21 January 2025 – Oral and Poster abstract submission deadline.

4 April 2025 – Oral and Poster notifications.

9 April 2025 – Accepted Oral and Poster presenters must accept and register.

9 April 2025 – Any changes to the abstract’s presenting author must be done by this date, and the new presenter must already be listed as a co-author and registered.

23 April 2025 – Last day a presenting author can withdraw an abstract from the program.

Late-breaking Abstracts

9 March 2025 – Late-breaking abstract submission deadline

9 April 2025 – Notifications are sent via email.

23 April 2025 – Late-breaking poster presenters must accept and register. Last day to change the abstract’s presenting author. The new presenter must already be listed as a co-author and registered.

23 April 2025 – Last day a presenting author can withdraw an abstract from the program.
