Presenting an abstract at the BSACI Annual Conference is a unique opportunity for your work to gain exposure in our allergy community, and for you to discuss your work with others in a collegiate space.

Accepted abstracts will also be published in Clinical and Experimental Allergy, the official journal of the society.

We encourage submissions on any topic related to allergy or immunology, clinical or basic science. If you’re not sure if your topic would be suitable do contact us on bsaci@medivents.co.uk.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

A warm welcome to Wales!

Join the British Society for Allergy & Clinical Immunology (BSACI) for our EACCME® Accredited Annual Conference. This year’s conference is taking place at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Wales on Thursday 16th – Saturday 18th October 2025.

We are delighted to invite you to this award-winning venue for our exciting conference ‘Learning from the Past & Looking to the Future – TOGETHER’, which will be brought to you by expert allergy speakers from across the globe.

The theme of this year’s conference will focus on the concept of ‘togetherness’. In our President’s Plenary, we will discuss how to address health inequalities in the UK, so our specialty can move forwards with inclusivity for all patients. We will highlight the importance of collaboration, both between specialties and with international partners, through sessions with our national partner societies and an exciting new joint session designed with the European Academy of Allergy & Clinical Immunology (EAACI).

The ICC is a state-of-the-art conference centre, set in 39 hectares and surrounded by greenery and woodland, yet is only a stone’s throw away from the M4 (J24), major train stations (1.5 hrs from London Paddington to Newport) and two international airports (Cardiff and Bristol). The accessible location provides ease of access for a mixture of speakers and delegates to travel to the event from across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – as well as internationally. 

As the conference is from Thursday to Saturday, why not make a long weekend of it and visit the local area – play a round of golf, try out one of the many cycling routes or walking trails, or sample the Spa at the Celtic Manor Resort. Find out more about things to do and the local sights here.

We encourage delegates to attend all the social events on offer – a Welcome Reception on Thursday 16th October, 5K Fun Run (or walk if you prefer) in the beautiful surroundings on the Friday morning, plus the Gala Dinner during the evening of Friday 17th October.
