Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts can only be submitted for poster presentations.
- Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission site only. Abstracts submitted by email or fax will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be received by 31 January 2024. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Presenting authors should be prepared to register to attend the Congress.
- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be listed in the official meeting publications.
- Poster abstracts must describe original scientific material that has not been previously published or presented at other national or international meetings. IASP does not allow encore presentations. However, if a poster abstract was presented elsewhere only with preliminary results and complete results are now available, it may be submitted. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
- IASP will NOT accept any poster that has been previously presented at another meeting. Poster abstracts must describe original scientific material that has not been previously published or presented at other national or international meetings. IASP does not allow encore presentations. However, if a poster abstract was presented elsewhere only with preliminary results and complete results are now available, it may be presented.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- No changes will be made to submitted and accepted abstracts.
Please note: The submission form allows you to store your abstract as a draft to make changes prior to final submission. Please note that abstracts must be submitted before the deadline to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Program.
