Important Notification

• For Travel Grant Applicants (only the overseas participants can apply)
  • 2025 AOCCN offer 20 overseas participants to award the travel grant and 20 domestic participants for travel supports
  • The deadline of application for Travel Grant will be September 1, 2025, by submitting his/her abstract through the website.
  • Any one of these applications need personal 8th AOCCN  Account and Password, and to complete the procedure and payment of registration before abstract submission deadline (September 1, 2025).
  • After evaluation by AOCCN 2025 editorial board member of scientific committee, the awarded international Travel Grant applicants will gain USD 300 in cash during the congress period at the Secretariat Desk.
  • After evaluation by AOCCN 2025 editorial board member of scientific committee, the awarded domestic Travel Grant applicants will gain NTD 3000 in cash during the congress period at the Secretariat Desk.
  • Applicants must complete the presentation aside their poster during Poster Session at the time appointed by the AOCCN 2025 organizer.
  • The awarded international applicants need to hand over their hardcopy of cover page of passport, passport inner page with immigration stamp on, and boarding pass to the Secretariat when receiving the award fee.
  • (the awarded delegates can make their copy at the Secretariat Desk if they have not yet done the hardcopy)
• For Congress Poster
  • The deadline of abstract submission will be September 15, 2025.
  • All submitted abstract will be evaluation by AOCCN 2025 scientific committee and will be grouped into different scientific categories

AOCCN 2025 Poster Award

1. The top three poster will be awarded as Gold Medal USD 150, Silver Medal USD 100 , and Bronze Medal USD 70.
2. 2025 AOCCN will award 10 master pieces, each of one will gain USD 50.
3. The poster should be presented by one of the authors aside their poster during Poster Session at the time appointed by the AOCCN 2025 organizer

Guidelines for on-line submission of the Poster Abstract

1. All abstracts should be submitted on-line and follow all the regulations
2. Abstract title – Limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE
   Abstract text – Limited to 300 words 
   (Please note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added)
3. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to review, determine, and revise the acceptance of the abstract

Poster presentation set up instruction:

• All the posters should be presented in the poster exhibition venue of TICC during the congress period.
• Evey presenter should prepare the printed/hard-copy poster to exhibit on the board. Any individual and special request should email to tscn01@gmail.com.
• Set-Up Time: start at 08:00 on November 21, 2025. Please complete set up before 12:30 November 21, 2025
  Presentation Time: 10:00-11:00, November 22, 2025; 12:30-13:30, November 23, 2025.
  Board Size of poster: 2m H x 1m W, double-sides, to be setup at Room 202 and 203, and 2F West Hallway
  Suggested poster size: 180 cm H*90 cm W (vertical dimension ONLY)
  (The above instructions will not be final and be subject to change. The Organizing Committee will recommend all participants who submitted the abstract follow up these instructions after September 15, 2025.)

Abstracts for the congress:

• Only abstracts submitted via online submission procedure will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review. Notifications regarding status will be sent when the review process is completed.
• Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
• Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation email when your abstract has been received.
• The Committee will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to authors’ preferred category but reserves the right to decide on the final destination.
• Notification of receipt and acceptance will be sent only to the abstract submitter.
• The presenting author (and/or the first author) is obliged to ascertain that all authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to 2025 AOCCN.
• You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received with indication of the abstract number. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract, as well as all the query regarding the abstract.

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Taiwan Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (TSCN), I am honored that the 8th Asian Oceanian Congress of Clinical Neurophysiology (AOCCN) is successfully held at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC). This is not only a notable milestone for TSCN but also a significant occasion for the neurological society in Taiwan. Throughout the organizing process, we received tremendous support from the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (IFCN) and the other Asian-Oceanian Chapter members, as well as full backing from the Taiwan Neurological Society, allowing us to meticulously plan this three-day conference without any concerns. We hope that every participant will find it rewarding.

Clinical neurophysiology bridges clinical practice and physiological theory, making it a unique medical field that encompasses both tradition and novel development. In this three-day conference, the agenda covers both technical issues of interest to clinicians and groundbreaking discoveries by neuroscience researchers. With over 100 presentations, no matter how many sessions you attend, we believe you will gain valuable insights.

We not only hope that participants will be academically inspired in the conference hall but also that they will enjoy Taipei’s unique urban charm. By the end of the conference, attendees will not only take home a wealth of knowledge but also experience the warmth and friendliness that make Taipei special.
