The Word Limit for Abstracts:

1. Abstract title : Just title – 25 character
2. Objectives : 25 words
3. Material and methods : 100 words
4. Results : 100 words
5. Conclusion : 50 words

Registration confirmation and modification

After completing your submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered a wrong email address or may have failed to complete your registration. If this happens please contact the Congress Secretariat.

Notification of Acceptance

Authors will receive confirmation of accepted abstracts by January. The final decision of selection lies with the scientific committee.

1. If accepted for an oral presentation, the author will be able to make the presentation in front of a live audience at the Congress. The date and other details of the session will be sent to the author in a separate email.
2. If accepted for a poster presentation, the author will be required to submit the poster as a single ppt. slide in an electronic format in advance of the Congress. Poster authors will be sent detailed guidance on how to do this, once their abstract is accepted. Posters will be made available electronically for delegates to access during the Congress.
3. By submitting an abstract, you authorize APFSRM2024 to record your presentation (if accepted). All or a portion of presentations, discussion, question and answer, comments, documents and presentation slides presented will be recorded and may be selected for inclusion on the event platform, website, On Demand web portal for members, YouTube & social media. These may also be used for promotional purposes.

Abstract Withdrawal

If the presenting Author of an accepted abstract does not register by 30th January,2024 the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you decide to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Congress Organizers by 30th January,2024

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

I am honoured to welcome you all to the 6th Congress of Asian Pacific Federation of Societies for Reconstructive Microsurgery (6th APFSRM) to be held at Delhi from March 8th to 10th, 2024. First, let me thank Secretary General Prof. K Doi and the Council Members for giving the Indian Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ISRM) an opportunity to host this congress. APFSRM will be combined with the 16th Biennial conference of the Indian Society for reconstructive Microsurgery on 7th March 2024. Indian Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery is a vibrant society with very active members in various stream of reconstructive Microsurgery like Extremity reconstruction, Head and neck reconstruction, Breast reconstruction, Lymphedema Surgery, Composite hand allotransplantation and super microsurgery. The organising committee is committed to providing a world-class conference experience for all attendees, with cutting-edge scientific content and ample opportunities for networking and collaboration to excel in the microsurgical field.

The congress will be held at The Leela Ambience Hotel, Gurugram, Delhi, offering you a comfortable and relaxing environment during your stay. Delhi, capital of India is well connected to all the participating nations and the major cities of the Indian subcontinent. While you are here, we encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to explore the fascinating city of Delhi.
