大会简介：

2025年数字化社会、信息科学与风险管理国际学术会议（ICDIR 2025）由广州计算机学会主办，将于2025年8月29-31日在广州举行。随着信息技术的飞速发展，数字化转型已经渗透到社会生活的各个领域，改变了我们与世界的互动方式，重塑了商业模式，并对风险管理提出了新的挑战。ICDIR 2025旨在为来自全球的学者、研究人员和行业专家提供一个交流平台，以探讨数字化社会中的信息科学最新进展及其在风险管理中的应用。

出版信息：

ICDIR 2025所有投稿文件都将进行严格的审稿审查，审核结果和修改评论意见都将在审稿过程结束后返回给作者。最终所录用的论文将以 IEEE出版(ISBN:979-8-3315-3940-5)，会议录用的文章出版见刊后由出版社提交至 IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex和Scopus检索。目前该出版社EI检索非常稳定。

2025 International Conference on Digital Society Information Science and Risk Management （ICDIR 2025） will be held on August 29-31 2025 in Guangzhou China.

With the rapid development of information technology digital transformation has permeated every aspect of social life changing the way we interact with the world reshaping business models and presenting new challenges for risk management. ICDIR 2025 aims to provide a platform for scholars researchers and industry experts from around the globe to discuss the latest advances in information science within a digital society and its applications in risk management.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process All accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings which will be submitted to EI Compendex Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
