Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the online registration cancellation form. Through March 17, 2025, refunds will be given minus a $125 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after March 17, 2025. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.

If the in-person event should be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, in-person registrations may be transferred to a future conference or refunded by request only. Otherwise, in-person registrations will be automatically transferred to the virtual event.
