The 44th China Control Conference (CCC2025) stated the following:
1. CCC2025 the languages of the papers included in the on-site communication and conference proceedings are Chinese and English;
2. English papers will be submitted to IEEE, Chinese papers will not be submitted;
3. Authors of the paper need to submit a written statement together with the submitted
