The Scientific Committee will consider the abstracts not accepted as Oral Presentations for possible inclusion in the Poster Session.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS: ACCEPTANCE
The submitted abstracts will be under a review process. After that, all the abstract submitters will be communicated whether their abstract is accepted.
January 13 2025
ORAL PRESENTATIONS: REGISTRATION
Speakers whose abstracts have been accepted must complete their congress registration before January 13 2025.
January 20 2025
SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR POSTERS

POSTERS: ACCEPTANCE
The submitted abstracts will be under a review process. After that, all the abstract submitters will be communicated whether their abstract is accepted..

- Abstract limits The abstract cannot be longer than 2500 characters including spaces, and must be plain text. It is not possible to include tables and images, but you may insert data in the text of the abstract.
- Works already presented It is possible to submit abstracts already presented.
- Maximum 2 abstracts Submit a maximum of two abstracts on the congress’ topics as presenting author. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted as co-author

*For Trainees, nurses and technicians a proof of status is required in order to complete the registration. A proof of status is an official letter written in English and signed by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead and not older than 3 months
