The 2026 ICBSMES Symposium on Advanced Materials and Functional Devices (ICBSMES-AMFD 2026) is a specialized academic forum organized under the 2026 International Conference on Building Science, Materials Engineering and Sustainability (ICBSMES 2026). The symposium will take place on December 30, 2026, at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
ICBSMES-AMFD 2026 provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, engineers, industry professionals and postgraduate students to present original research and exchange knowledge on the design, preparation, characterization and application of advanced materials and functional devices.
The symposium welcomes theoretical studies, experimental investigations, computational research and engineering applications addressing the relationships among material composition, structure, processing, properties and device performance. Particular attention is given to research that connects fundamental material science with practical technologies and scalable engineering solutions.

Following publication, eligible papers will be submitted to the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Google Scholar, CNKI and other relevant academic databases for consideration for indexing. Bibliographic metadata for the published papers will also be registered and deposited with Crossref.
