2026 5th International Academic Conference on Innovation in Culture and Arts (IACICA 2026) will be held in Tokyo, Japan during November 6-9, 2026. It is jointly organized by the Editorial Department of the Journal of Language, Culture and Education (JLCE) and the Editorial Department of Art Sciences.  It aims to provide a forum for researchers, scholars, educators, and professionals from academia, cultural institutions, and creative industries to discourse on research findings, pedagogical practices, and innovative applications in language, culture, and arts. The conference serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of disciplines with a common interest in advancing cross-cultural understanding and artistic expression. It also brings authors and readers together to communicate face to face and discuss opportunities for possible collaboration and emerging trends in the field of culture and arts innovation.
