Patient Privacy/Clinical Photography
Photographs should always protect the privacy and identity of the subject. Eyes should be blacked out. If the photographs are not the property of the presenter, the source must also be declared. This prevents the use of photographic material without permission.

Oral Presentations
Selected abstracts will be chosen for an oral presentation during the free communications sessions. (No poster has to be prepared)

Poster Presentation
Abstracts selected for posters will be presented as posters at the poster exhibition during the congress.

Instructions for Preparation of the Poster:
The suggested dimension for your poster is DIN A0 (approx. 84 cm wide x 119 cm high), portrait format, in English language. Please allocate the top of the poster for the title and author’s names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract. Don’t forget to add your poster number, which you will receive once your abstract is selected as a poster.

Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts which will be available for download on the congress website and in the European Cancer Journal (ECJ).
